If you prefer to prepare your own documents, save time and avoid frustration by not filing them yourself by mail, waiting perhaps weeks for a reply. Instead, fax or mail your papers directly to us, and we'll take care of the filing faster, with personal attention to your request. If the document is rejected, we can make the necessary alterations and resubmit it quickly.

As soon as a document is filed, or search completed, CIS staff will confirm the filing date or results, then return the papers to you as quickly as possible.

For non-attorneys who wish to form corporations or LLCs, we can provide the necessary forms to be completed and signed, and we'll file the papers with the state.

We take pride in our personal service. Although we do not offer legal advice we can be most helpful in answering procedural questions. To avoid rejection we review documents sent to us for missing or incomplete information.
